Keeping your arms 💪🏼and body strong during pregnancy 🤰🏻Exercising during pregnancy has enormous benefits for both mom and 👶🏻 Such as having a healthier pregnancy, quicker delivery, easier recovery and increase 🧠 stimulation for baby.

But mommies, always discuss your workout with your doctor 👩🏻‍⚕️and get approval for your exercise. Also a professional personal trainer to monitor while you doing it. Listen to your body. Only do it if you are already regular basis on workout activity and used to that regime of workout. Do not start something new while pregnant just because you see other pregnant lady doing it.
